Presenters were chosen from a competitive pool of over 100 submissions to the PICARD Call for Papers, issued in February 2018. The WCO is also pleased to welcome Mr. Eric Rabenja in his capacity as Director General of Madagascar Customs to the Conference to present the results of research undertaken on the use of data in the fight against corruption.
