The conference will take place at the Porto Carras Grand Resort which is situated on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkadiki region.

Lunches served to participants during the course of the Conference will be charged at € 25 per person per day.

Accommodation

Rooms have been reserved at two hotels that form part of the Porto Carras Grand Resort: the Meliton Hotel and the Sithonia Hotel, both five star establishments.

Special rates have been negotiated by the Greek Customs administration. From 20-24 May 2008 inclusive, the rates are € 140 (single room) and € 170 (double room). For any additional nights, the rate is € 100. An American buffet breakfast is included in the above rates.

Participants must make their own bookings and you are invited to do so without delay as rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
