Historical documents on the public WCO documentation database
At its 97th and 98th Sessions in June 2011, the Council of the World Cusotms Organization decided to make certain WCO documents available to the Public via its Website. For this reason a Historical Documents Database was set up which provides access to the historical documentation (working documents and reports) of the Harmonized System Committee (HSC); the Technical Committee on Rules of Origin (TCRO) and Technical Committee on Customs Valuation of the WCO (TCCV).
The documents are made available to the public in an expurgated form, i.e., after removal of the business confidential information. The database does not contain working documents relating to questions which are still under examination by these Committees.
