Overview What is Customs Valuation? WTO Valuation Agreement		Latest News October 2009 - The Technical Committee on Customs Valuation approved the Advisory Opinion No. 22.1 on “Valuation of imported technical documents relating to design and development of an industrial plant," at its 28^th Session in April 2009. The said Advisory Opinion was later adopted by the Council at its 113^th/114^th Sessions in June 2009. Now available - Amending supplement #8 October 2009 - All the essential information on Customs valuation can now be accessed online by clicking on the WCO e-Valuation Compendium which facilitates easy access to the texts of the WTO Customs Valuation Agreement, Decisions of the WTO Committee on Customs Valuation and the Instruments of the WCO Technical Committee on Customs Valuation.
