Given the capacity building challenges currently facing all the actors of the customs world, training is a vital issue.
The WCO has started to build its training capacities so as to offer its Member administrations and the operators a wide range of high-quality training. Its unique expertise in Customs matters has naturally led it to develop a Customs training centre serving as a reference point. Through its ambitious initiatives, the WCO is redefining the assistance.
The full range of training activities is now set out in a comprehensive catalogue which can be updated in response to the needs. As a result, this has greatly enhanced the way that the WCO shares its expertise with its Members and the private companies.
The training tools on offer are equally suitable for imparting new skills or for upgrading the knowledge already gained.
