Member Registration
You have three options for accessing the WCO e-learning programme:

Global release: Connecting up to the WCO server to follow the distance training course. This type of access is free of charge. To receive your user name and password, please contact your national co-ordinator. If you do not have this information, the E-Learning Team can inform you of the procedure to follow. You can contact it at the following address: elearning@wcoomd.org.

Regional roll-out.Each WCO Regional Training Centre has the Organization’s full range of training materials, including the e-learning programme. You can therefore contact the Centre to which your Administration is assigned.

National roll-out: Your Administration acquires the complete e-learning package and hosts it on its own network. Certain costs must be borne for this type of roll-out throughout an entire country’s Administration. In such cases, the WCO will send the following individuals to your Administration:

WCO experts who, in co-operation with the host Administration’s training managers, will develop the roll-out strategy to be adopted as well as the organizational procedures to be implemented for national roll-out. They will train national programme managers in how to organize the training and in the instructional monitoring of the trainees. They will offer advice and provide training on how to make the best use of e-learning and incorporate it within the existing training policy.

A technical expert responsible for incorporating the e-learning package in the Administration’s network as well as installing it, configuring it and setting the parameters. This expert is also responsible for training the staff dealing with the technical management of the programme (incorporating updates to the course, registering new trainees, etc.)
