The aviation industry processes are evolving rapidly, aiming at providing passengers with a seamless journey. To this end, IATA and its partners have worked on each of the 14 steps passengers have to go through from the beginning until the end of this journey. These steps are both about automating industry processes, but also working in partnership with regulators to improve government-owned processes (customs, border control, security screening, etc.).
The goal of the upcoming European Passenger Experience Workshop, is to update across the industry and regulators on the different initiatives included in IATA’s Passenger Experience Program. During the workshop organized in collaboration with the WCO (World Customs Organization), IATA experts, guest industry speakers and regulators will cover all aspects of the program, lead in-depth sessions in an interactive environment on the current situation regarding IATA initiatives (e.g. Passenger Data Requirements – API/PNR, Self-Service options for passengers, Passenger Facilitation, Smart Security) and the new areas IATA is targeting beyond 2015.
Case studies from industry stakeholders (airlines, airports, and industry experts) will be presented during the event in dialogue with the impacted regulators.
This workshop is FREE of charge for IATA Member Airlines, Airports, Government Agencies, WCO Member Administrations and IATA Strategic Partners only however seats are limited, book early to secure your seat.
