Background

For three decades, the WCO Data Model has served as the global standard for the harmonization of Customs and cross-border regulatory data. Developed and maintained through a Member-driven process, it supports the digitalization of cross-border trade by enabling interoperability of IT systems.

This webinar will celebrate the evolution of the WCO Data Model, present the main updates introduced in Version 4.3.0, and explore future directions for data interoperability and digital cooperation.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the development and maintenance of the WCO Data Model, hear implementation perspectives from Members and stakeholders, and engage in discussions on emerging trends shaping the future of cross-border data exchange.
