Iranian Customs officers from the Lotfabad office in the Province of Khorasan Razavi detected and seized some 536 kilograms of heroin on 9 July 2016.
Based on the report of the public relations office of Iran Customs, Customs officers used risk management techniques, scanners and physical inspection to detect and seize the drug that was concealed in a trailer truck transporting furniture.
