Launched in the second half of 2022, with the generous support of the Customs Cooperation Fund (CCF) of Korea, the ACE Experts Portal is now also available via the WCO website under the section “ON LINE SERVICES”.
The ACE Portal is reserved for WCO Experts, Accredited, Pre-accredited, Recognized and external Experts.
Within the limitations needed to protect personal data, each expert has direct access to the personal profile, with edit authority (contact information, personal development, academic qualifications, linguistic competency, involvement with the Secretariat, etc.).
Each National Contact Point (NCP) also has limited edit authority (contacts, availability) and access to a national page listing all national experts recorded in the ACE.
Regional Offices of Capacity Building (ROCBs) have access to regional aggregated statistics data.
Regular update of information is crucial to ensure proper management and mobilization of the Experts.
