The World Customs Organisation (WCO) invites its French-speaking Members to apply for the 21st Virtual Customs Orientation Academy (VCOA). This innovative programme is specially designed for French-speaking Customs officers with less than four years of experience in their Customs administration.

VCOA aims to provide Customs offers with the basic knowledge and skills they need to excel in their role. As a virtual programme, the training will take place entirely online on the CLiKC! platform from 3 March to 10 June 2025. Over a 14-week period, participants will receive ongoing support from trainers and peers.

Candidates wishing to participate in this programme must be nominated by their respective Customs administration. Once nominated, candidates are invited to complete the application form available on the CLiKC! platform before the deadline on 14 February 2025.

The WCO strongly encourages all Customs administrations to nominate candidates for this programme in order to build the capacity of their officers and promote a better understanding of international Customs practices. VCOA represents a unique professional development and networking opportunity for French-speaking Customs officers from around the world.
