Experts seconded to the Operational Co-ordination Unit (OCU), set up at the WCO Secretariat to oversee the smooth running of Operation COCAIR 3 from 28 November to 4 December 2011, were welcomed by the Secretary General Kunio Mikuriya who commended the team for their commitment and wished the Operation much success.
The State Customs Committee (SCC) of the Republic of Belarus hosted the 3rd WCO Columbus Programme Phase 3 progress evaluation ever from 7 to 16 May 2012
