At the invitation of Cuba, WCO Secretary General, Kunio Mikuriya, visited the headquarters of Cuba Customs to see Director General Pupo and the University of Information Science (UCI) in Havana on 11 and 12 September 2009.
At the request of the Curacao Minister of Finance, in collaboration with the Head of Curaçao Customs, and with funding support from the Netherlands Ministry of the Interior, the WCO conducted a holistic diagnostic support mission in Willemstad, Curaçao, during the period 4 to 13 March 2024.
