HS Nomenclature 2028 Edition
HS 2028, the eighth edition of the Harmonized System (HS) nomenclature, will enter into force on 1 January 2028. The amendments represent the culmination of the 7th HS Review Cycle, reflecting six years of in-depth technical discussions and studies undertaken within the WCO. The 2028 edition of the HS Nomenclature comprises 1,229 headings and 5,852 six-digit subheadings.

HS 2022, which is the seventh edition of the Harmonized System (HS) nomenclature, is used worldwide for the uniform classification of goods traded internationally, and has been accepted by all Contracting Parties to the Harmonized System Convention. It shall enter into force on 1 January 2022.
