The World Customs Organization (WCO) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest e-learning course focused on change management. This course aims to provide Customs professionals with essential skills to navigate the ever-changing global trade environment.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the introductory concepts of change management and its evolution, gain insight into the importance of stakeholder engagement in foreign trade, and understand how to implement tools and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped to integrate change management principles into their strategic planning processes and effectively address resistance to change using practical tools.
The course is now available to all WCO Members on CLiKC!, the WCO's e-learning platform. It was made possible with the support of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland (SECO) through the SECO-WCO Global Trade Facilitation Programme (GTFP).
