A new case study, provided by Nigeria, has been added to the Guide to Counter Origin Irregularities (excluding fraud).
The Guide was published in June 2015 under the Revenue Package Phase II to give examples of origin irregularities occurring in practice and, based on those examples, to offer ways of resolving them. It constitutes a useful practical tool, assisting Customs administrations in their endeavours and their daily work. As a first step, Australia, Japan, Kenya, Korea and Mexico had contributed with case studies and the Guide now also includes practical cases from Nigeria.
The Guide is available for WCO Members only.
