The report on the inaugural round of the International Survey on Customs Administration (ISOCA) is now available on the WCO public website.
The data collected in this Survey is based on the combined efforts of 51 Customs administrations around the world, who provided information by completing an online questionnaire.
The Survey was developed and is managed jointly by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The report includes illustrative analysis, using aggregates for groups of Customs administrations, pertaining to the performance, profiles, practices and structural foundations of Customs administrations.
