A-CIP Programme: Eight weeks to explore the topic of integrity in Customs

25 октября 2021

From 25 October to 17 December 2021, approximately 125 Customs officials from Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Niger, Mali and Tunisia will take part in the Integrity Learning Event designed by the WCO Anti-Corruption & Integrity Promotion (A-CIP) Programme.

Completed entirely on the WCO CLiKC! platform, the Integrity Learning Event is built around self-directed activities linked to the WCO Integrity e-learning module developed with funding from Norad. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Customs' institutional, individual and managerial responses to corruption, and tools to help implement the Revised Arusha Declaration, WCO key tool for promoting integrity in Customs.

Designed for collaborative reflection to encourage critical thinking and interaction between participants and the A-CIP team that will moderate and lead the event, the Integrity Learning Event will equip participants from partner administrations with practical knowledge that can then support their administrations in identifying courses of action and inspire integrity-related best practices.

This initiative will be replicated in English and Spanish at a later date, to benefit all WCO A-CIP partner administrations.

The WCO A-CIP Programme currently supports more than 20 countries in the five WCO regions, with funding from Norad and Canada. For more information, please contact capacity.building@wcoomd.org.
