Securing the global trading system requires the collaboration between different parties that works best in the spirit of partnership. One of the best examples of this partnership can be found between the Customs and Private Sector under the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Programme which is being successfully implemented worldwide. The AEO Programme enhances the security and facilitation of the international supply chain and promotes certainty and predictability in an increasingly competitive global environment.
