The World Customs Organization and the Philippine Bureau of Customs are pleased to announce that the 11th WCO PICARD Conference will take place 27-29 September 2016 in the Philippines.
The PICARD Conference has provided since 2006 an interdisciplinary platform for the presentation of research and policy analysis by authors from Customs administrations, inter-governmental organizations, universities, and research institutions on topics relevant to Customs and international trade.
The Conference agenda will be developed around specific topics and a Call for Papers that will be published in January 2016.
