The newly reconstituted Private Sector Consultative Group (PSCG) held its first meeting on 11 October 2015 at WCO Headquarters, with 19 of the 21 members in attendance.
Following a presentation by WCO Secretary General Mikuriya on the issues currently to the fore on the Organization’s agenda, the PSCG discussed the topics that it would be taking up in its future work, and also dealt with a number of procedural arrangements relating to the Group’s functioning.
Many of the PSCG members stayed on in Brussels to attend the meetings of the TFA Working Group and the PTC.
