New e-Learning Module on the Role of Customs in Disaster Relief launched on the WCO CLiKC! Platform

24 January 2023

The WCO Secretariat has developed a new e-learning course on the role of Customs in disaster relief. During the Covid-19 pandemic, countries realized that Customs administrations have an important role to play during disasters, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc. However, it is often too late to get ready when a disaster happens. The e-learning modules were developed to help Customs administrations worldwide prepare for and deal with disasters.

This course development is part of the WCO Covid-19 Action Plan and was funded by CCF Korea. The course is now available in English on the WCO CLiKC! e-learning platform.

It should take around 3 hours to complete the course.

Access to the WCO CLiKC! e-learning platform can be requested through the national coordinators.
